Order
Våra produkter tillverkas specifikt för dig som kund efter beställning. Ni kan justera er order en vecka efter att ni lagt ordern till oss. Därefter är er order i produktion och kan ej avbeställas eller ändras. En orderbekräftelse skickas till er när samtliga tillverkare har accepterat våra ordrar. Då ligger det utanför vår kontroll att justera ordern.
Pris och fraktvillkor
Inom Sverige tillkommer moms. Vid order under 30 000kr tillkommer faktiskt fraktkostnad samt emballagekostnad från vårt lager.
Vid normala frakt-justeringar tillkommer inga ytterligare avgifter. Vid extrema frakthöjningar tillämpas en fraktklausul.
Frakt-klausulen innebär att priset ökar med 3,5 % för varje $500 som index överstiger $2000/EDU.
Som referens avses ”The shanghai containerized freight Index Europe (Base port).
Får vår-ordrar appliceras vecka 52 och för höst-ordrar vecka 25.
Betalningsvillkor
Betalning sker mot faktura 20 dagar. Faktura skickas via mail. Betalas inte fakturan skickas påminnelse, därefter sändes ärendet till inkasso. Överskriden betalningstid debiteras dröjsmålsränta med 9,50%. För nya kunder genomförs kreditkontroll. Buyers Service förbehåller sig rätten till förskottsbetalning efter kreditbedömning.
Reklamationer och transportskador
Vid felaktig leverans kontakta Buyers Service inom 7 dagar från mottagandet. Inga returer godkänns utan överenskommelse. Varor som returneras skall vara i originalförpackning samt utan prismärkning. Synlig skada vid leverans skall anmälas direkt till transportören och skall av dem noteras och signeras med datum och namn på transportörens och mottagarens fraktsedel. Alla dolda och synliga skador skall anmälas till oss inom 7 dagar.
Buyers Service reserverar sig mot feltryck, slutförsäljning och prisändringar till följd av valutaförändringar och kraftiga prisförhöjningar från leverantör.

This applies when you buy from us
Order
Our products are produced specifically to our customer. You can adjust your order one week after you placed the order to us. After that your order is in production and cannot be canceled or changed.
An order-confirmation is sent to you when all factories accepted the orders. At that time, it is beyond our control to adjust the order.
Transport clausul:
When transport-costs strongly exceeds the prices on which the product-calculation is based upon, a transport-clausul is used.
The product-price intreases by 3,5 % for every $500 that the index exceeds $ 2,000/EDU
As referencs for the transport, we use ”The shanghai containerized freight Index Europe (Base port).
For spring-orders we apply week 52 and for fall-orders we apply week 25.
Price and shipping terms
VAT is added within Sweden. For orders under SEK 30,000, there shipping costs from our warehousewill be added.
Payment terms
Payment is made on invoice 20 days. Invoice is sent by mail. If the invoice is not paid, a reminder is sent, after which the case is sent to debt collection. If the payment period is exceeded, the interest rate will be charged at 9.50%. Credit checks are carried out for new customers. Buyers Service reserves the right to prepay after credit assessment.
Complaints and transport damage
In case of incorrect delivery, contact Buyers Service within 7 days of receipt. No returns are accepted without agreement. Goods returned must be in original packaging and without price marking. Visible damage on delivery shall be reported directly to the carrier and shall be noted and signed by them with the date and name of the carrier’s and consignee’s consignment note. All hidden and visible damage must be reported to us within 7 days. Information Our products are made by hand. This means that small shifts occur.
Buyers Service reserves itself against misprints, final sales and price changes due to currency changes and sharp price increases from the supplier.
